be939 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and be939 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the be939 website at be939.onl and all related services, games, betting products and features made available through it.

By creating an account, logging in, placing a bet, making a deposit or otherwise using any part of the be939 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.

be939 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, slots, bingo, fish games and a game lobby. All services are provided for adult entertainment purposes. The platform is intended for use by individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that using be939 is lawful in your location before registering.

2 Account Registration

To place bets or play games on be939, you must register a user account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals aged 18 and above. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and a valid payment method.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any point during your use of the platform is accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

• Only one account is permitted per individual. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• be939 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account without notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe the information provided is inaccurate or that the account is being used improperly.
• Accounts held by Pakistani residents are processed with PKR as the account currency. All deposits, bets and withdrawals are denominated in PKR.

3 Age Verification & KYC

be939 is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Before processing your first withdrawal — and at other times at be939's discretion — you will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This involves providing a clear copy of a valid government-issued identity document. For Pakistani users, this is typically your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).

• KYC documents must be valid, current and clearly legible.
• be939 may request additional documentation for verification, including proof of address or source of funds, in certain circumstances.
• Accounts that cannot be verified or where verification is declined may be suspended pending resolution.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is complete. This is a one-time process per account.

Age verification checks may also be triggered at registration or at any subsequent point based on platform risk assessment procedures. If age cannot be verified, the account will be restricted until verification is completed.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your be939 login credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You should not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

• Choose a strong password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Do not log in to your be939 account from shared or public devices.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact be939 support immediately and change your password.
• be939 will never ask for your full password via email, chat or phone.

be939 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because you have shared your credentials, used an insecure device or failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login details.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on be939 are conducted in PKR. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is PKR 200. Funds deposited via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your account within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to a few hours. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name and matching the identity on your be939 account. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for mobile wallets and 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC completion.

• be939 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply charges independently.
• be939 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Unused balances in accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as outlined in the platform fee schedule.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed to your gaming balance. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on be939 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market type selected. General betting rules applicable across all sports and markets are set out below.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is confirmed and binding once you receive a bet confirmation screen and the stake is deducted from your balance. Bets cannot be cancelled after this point except where be939 exercises its right to void a bet under these terms.
• Odds: Odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet. On live in-play markets, if odds change between selection and confirmation, be939 will show you the updated odds and ask if you wish to proceed. Your bet will not be placed at odds you did not confirm.
• Void bets: be939 reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest pricing errors, match abandonment, match fixing, information asymmetry or technical failure affecting market pricing. Voided bets are refunded to your balance at the original stake.
• Cricket markets: PSL, T20I, ODI and Test cricket markets are governed by standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match interruption or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) application, specific market rules apply as published in the sports betting help section.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market has a minimum and maximum stake displayed in the bet slip. be939 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on individual accounts.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

be939 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each individual offer.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and eligible games or bet types are stated in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus per person: Each bonus is limited to one per eligible player. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple bonuses is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified time period will be forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.
• Bonus abuse: be939 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value. Accounts found to be abusing promotions may have winnings voided and accounts closed.

be939 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to eligible players where reasonably practicable.

8 Responsible Gaming

be939 is committed to providing an environment where players can enjoy online gaming and sports betting as entertainment without it becoming harmful. We recognise that a small number of people may develop problems with gambling and we take our responsibilities seriously.

Every be939 account has access to the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session time reminders: Set a reminder that notifies you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay. Once self-excluded, be939 will not accept a request to reopen the account for the duration of the exclusion period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on be939 and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any remaining balance and potentially legal action:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Registering or using multiple accounts.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or assisting match fixing, insider betting or any form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the platform's systems.

be939 cooperates with relevant authorities and may report suspected illegal activity. Accounts involved in fraudulent or illegal activity will be permanently closed and balances will be withheld pending investigation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the be939 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game assets, software, text, data, odds data feeds and the overall design and structure of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of be939 or its licensed content providers.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any part of the be939 platform without prior written permission. Using be939 content for commercial purposes without authorisation is prohibited.

The be939 name and logo are trademarks of the platform and may not be used in any context that could imply endorsement, affiliation or official status without explicit written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

be939 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is reliable, accessible and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

• be939 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages or events outside our reasonable control.
• Betting and gaming involve financial risk. be939 is not responsible for losses incurred through betting outcomes, which are inherently uncertain.
• be939 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain account security.
• In the event of a system error that results in incorrect odds being offered or bets being accepted at clearly erroneous prices, be939 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes without liability for potential winnings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

be939 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top. For significant changes, be939 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. be939 is not obligated to directly notify individual users of every change, particularly for minor clarifications or non-material amendments.
